I note that Spotify has a web player which works, so I may just rely on that.

For some bizarre reason, Spotify is now working with Crypto. I think I uninstalled Crypto and Spotify, then reinstalled Spotify and Crypto in that order. Cannot figure out computers sometimes...!

CryptoPrevent protection gremlin, maybe... Crypto didn't like where Spotify was trying to write to, most likely, and when you installed Crypto afterwards, were you prompted to accept (whitelist) everything that was there already?

Hey I had trouble trying to uninstall Spotify myself while running CryptoPrevent.
Just FYI, it looks like CryptoPrevent has a Whitelist button for existing known-good executables. When I clicked it, it caused the current Spotify executables to become whitelisted on my machine, as shown below:
I thought this whitelisting was automatic, and it may be so on the very first installation, but I didn't realize there's a button to do it manually.
