Hey all, For some reason my laptop will not install Microsoft net framework 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 updates. It would not install the last framework updates either. I get error codes: 800F081F and 80073712. I tried the fixes but it did not resolve anything. I dont want to have to do a refresh if I dont have to. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi, It shows up in windows update. I have it set to notify me of updates but not install. I choose which ones to install.

I did what you suggested but it did not work. Also update Kb3004365 will not install. Some updates will install but these wont.

Nothing seems to work. Will it be fixed with the windows 10 upgrade

I tried to install the updates with the offline installer and I get a message that net. framework 4 is installed and they wont install. I checked and framework 4 is installed but no 4.5.1 or 4.5.2. Also Kb3004365 wont install. Other updates install no problem though. These are the first ones that wouldnt in over 2 years

When I tried the offline installer I get a message that 4.5 and the update are already installed on the computer but I cant find them anywhere. I can only find up to net framework 4. If 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 are installed then why dont they show in in the windows folder and why is updates telling me to install them?
