Odd problem with Yahoo mail on a W8.1 desktop

I am using Yahoo Mail. Some email messages received on my Dell desktop with Windows 8.1 open normally. But others display only the title; the bodies of these message are not displayed.

I can access the same Yahoo account on an iPad that works on a local network in which the router is connected to the Dell desktop. The messages that do not display on the desktop show up normally on the iPad.

So the problem is not with Yahoo but with the W8.1 desktop, right?

Can anyone tell me how I can run the problem down? Thanks. …. batpark
