Hello there, I hope everyone is fine!
I am using Window 7 Ultimate x64 , Lenovo B570 laptop. The problem is when I restart or shutdown my system. The screen turn into blank and the system is unable to shutdown. Likewise, when there are some upgrade available , the system is unable to restart it show same behavior (screen turn into blank & system freez). So this problem irritating me alot & I don't know weather problem occur on window side or on system side.
Any help would be appreciated

To see if this is a Windows issue download then run the All in One Repair from here, disregard the malware guidance but follow the other steps to the letter and in particular ensuring that you first create a new restore point and perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.
