1. Cleared the java cache
2. having said Java is risky, I stay away as much as possible. I've removed it.
3. I tried to rerun aswmbr, avg removal kit with 'Run as admin'. It didn't react. I've checked the properties of aswmbr.exe but nothing is there saying 'blocked'. Pls see attached screenshot.
4. Went to control panel. tried to uninstall AVG 2014. No reaction.
5. Did a vfnws.dll search with FRST. Found one file at this location and deleted it. - C:\FRST\Quarantine\C\ProgramData\{9A88E103-A20A-4EA5-8636-C73B709A5BF8}\vfnws.dll
*My machine did a blue dump crash before starting these steps earlier.It restarted itself.
*After doing all these steps, it did blue dump crash again and restarted by itself.

You can just download the 64 bit version directly:

It's a zip file so will need to right click and Extract All then right click on the exe and Run As Admin.

ntoskrnl.exe has been the culprit most times. It's a Windows file and sfc said it was OK so possible hardware problem. Could be bad memory since you are not seeing high temps. Run the built-in RAM test and see what it says.

See if RogueKiller will work for you.
There is a popup trying to sell you the premium version. You can x it and then hit the download under Free. Save it and Run as Admin.
If it won't run, create a new user with admin power and login in as the new user and try to download and run it from the new user.

Memory - Good. No issues.
RogueKiller 64Bit is running. I ran with 'Run as admin' Permission. once finished i'll update.

1. Memory Good.
2. RogueKillerX 64 ran in the same logged in NT User.
3. Ran with 'Run as admin' option.
4. There were few Registry entries it pointed to and I deleted them.
