Hi, everyone. All of a sudden, I can't view a lot of video content. (Before Xmas, everything was working fine.) When I go to various websites, there is a just a blank space where the video would be. I have done research on how to fix this, and I'm getting nowhere. (Note: I am not at all knowledgeable about computer programming etc.) I have Windows 7, and usually use Firefox; however, I can't see the videos in Chrome or IE either. I don't know anything about Flash or HTML5, but the discussions I've read usually center on these things. Can anyone here help? Thanks in advance!

I tried that but it's still not working completely. It's interesting, though: I can go to some video sites and view everything there, but then other sites don't work for me. I'll keep slogging on. Thanks for your response, though! :)
