Windows 10 - Admin locked out - please help!

Hi,

I upgraded to windows 10, and I have a LOCAL ONLY administrator password. The password must be contained in the computer somewhere, but I can't reset it or access it. I am going crazy trying to get this fixed. Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles resetting the password, but we are unable to assist you as we cannot verify your ownership of the device, per the Geeks To Go ToU:
