I am an independent consultant whose latest client wants me to join their MS Outlook mail through their exchange server. Naturally, as a consultant, I have a number of mail identities, including the personal use of hotmail for personal communication.
Here is the question. If the mail is set up through their exhange server, are they only able to see and review communication associated with their mail server or are they able to see and review all mail accounts - see capture for current set up of assorted mail accounts.

Hi Byron,
Welcome to Geeks to Go!

They will have access to your account on their server, but nothing else. They won't be able to see, or even have any knowledge of any email accounts other than the one on their exchange server. None of your other emails gets transferred to their server, and are separate files on your local system.

It's possible only if all your mail is set to be delivered into the Exchange mailbox...if you look in your screenshot there at the dropdown list where it says "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" you have your Exchange account selected and you see it's delivering your mail into "Mailbod - Sarah Murray". As long as the other addresses are not delivering into that mailbox your non-Exchange email is safe. Your other addresses should be being delivered into a Personal File Folder or PST on your local machine. Here's the OST to PST Converter Kit... or so: https://www.converterkits.com/osttopstconverter.html If you want to look for a cheaper one just google "convert OST to PST".
