Server 2012R2 (vm) won't add roles

I attached the CBS log.  I can't get it to add roles, I want to test WDS on this server.  I tried puting in a path to a source folder but no luck.

Can one of you really smart guys help out this stoopid girl?

What error are you receiving when you try to install the roll?

 

Also, there are no logs attached.

 

Instead of attaching the file, please place it between [code=auto:0] tags.
