bambidbl,
You need to be prepared to be more helpful to helpers by doing what you already know is required, you are well versed after us having resolved your previous issue/s.
You tagged this latest episode onto your last thread to which I replied the below;
Please start a new thread on the appropriate forum and someone will be along to help you there, you need to upload any crash dmps and provide as much information about what the PC was being used for at the time of the crash.
Great, you started a new thread but you did not provide what was asked for, did not post a Speccy url or MTB log + we do not use rar here so really not sure why you did not just upload any crash dmps the way that you were advised in your previous thread.
I am always happy to help but I will neither interrogate or run around after members to get information that members already know is required
MTB didnt get to you,sorry.
Here it is
Speccy looks okay but you have done the MTB in French and GtG is an English speaking Forum I`m afraid.
Your three crash dmps point towards storage drivers again which to me suggests a possible Windows issue or alternatively a driver getting updated by Windows.
Can you do the MTB log in English for us please.
Hello, idk why it is in french,i did it exactly like i did in the previous topic,i can try and translate everything but it ll be a bit long to do
Here it is idk if it is the way to do it,ill search to see if i can find how to get it in english by default.

Have a nice day
Still a bit of French in there but got what we need so thanks
Windows and Windows Defender are both having issues.
Do you have a System restore point that is before this latest episode.
I dont really remember when it started so I cant use a restore point, sorry.
I started this topic after not one but multiple crashes so it is impossible for me to know the exact date.
I also just checked and dont have any system restore point at all.

Golden rule of computing is to always create a new system restore point before updating anything and/or before installing any new software, try getting into the habit of doing this.
Best thing that you can do is a Windows Reset using the Remove everything option, see info here you will see first hand now the benefits of having Windows installed on its own partition.
Once you have done the reset, install the chipset then the CPUs video drivers and then pause Windows updates for seven days to see if you have any problems during those seven days.
i am performing the "remove everything" as you asked.
Do i get back to you if i get bsod before 7 days?
I will also try to use the computer as i use it usually without using windows update.
