I had a random bsod and I don't understand what caused it. I am curious to know what caused it. Thanks for any help! :)

Included the dump file for the bsod.

:welcome:   TheBlue262,

PROCESS_NAME:  mbamservice.ex was responsible for the crash in the attached dump, do you have the free or paid for Pro version, if free, uninstall it, use the computer as you normally would and let us know how it goes.

NB: It is better/safer to use the method below for uploading information rather than anyone clicking on unknown links and ending up with unsolicited adverts for such things as online gambling like I got.

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

No problem and you are welcome TheBlue262  :)

Your question has been marked as answered, does that mean you have uninstalled MBAM and have not had any trouble since.

That is good to hear and thank you for letting us know

MBAM is very good and I would recommend it`s continued use by first creating a new system restore point and then trying a fresh installation of MBAM and see if that is stable.
