Every time I go to any website in IE11 I get ads popping up all over my screen. I have cleaned using AdWCleaner and JRT ( junkware removal tools) using mybleepingcomputer.com.
I have not installed anything new lately, with the exception of the removal tools mentioned; and I have completely reinstalled my OS using the manufacturers recovery disk set. Please help if you can.
