Used the Norton back-up restore. I am using an older computer that still runs on Wndows XP, I do not, nor do I plan on updating to Windows 10. But now I cannot navagate anywhere. I can open only Internet explorer. But it tells me internet not connected. I have tried to remove Norton, but it will not uninstall. I am assuming when I did the back-up that it converted it to the newer Windows 10, now I am stuck and cannot do anything. I usually use Firefox, but it will not even open the program, just makes a ding noise. Any help will be greatly appriciated. Thanks

Some confusion here perhaps as Windows XP cannot be directly upgraded to Windows 10 with Windows 7 being the earliest OS that can.
