Ok I need help this dot just appeared on my screen and I dont think its a dead pixal cause I can put my mouse over it and it just makes my mouse dim. Can someone help me Im lost

If it shows in everything (all games, all programs) it may either be something on your screen, a few of dead or damaged pixels or other damage to the screen.
