Today (Aug 13), when I tried to access FB with Firefox, all I saw was a blank white page (I have Windows 7 - 64 bit OS). I tried clearing FB cookies and browser cache, and resetting my modem but that didn't help. I also attempted to log in with IE - no luck. I can't access anything related to "facebook", all I see is this on anything that has facebook in its URL:

That's for Chrome users, however, this is what I did:
delete FB cookies
go to FB sign in page
before signing in, go to bottom of page and click on Developers
brought up pop-up menus in which I had to reset almost everything, I have access, but now I can't sign out.
