Very new to this wanted to know what computer programming language is appropriate to use if you are developing application/computer program and to be accessible to Microsoft/IOS?Google platforms?

if you are looking for a platform independent application which you can run on windows or mac pc or on android or iphone i would suggest you to look for electron IDE with the help of javascript and html and css you can now develop app for any platform.

Go for Microsoft Visual Studio.

 

C# will be the best language.
