Malwarebytes wont update and dates are wrong

Hello again to the wonderul people at geeks,

My acer extensa laptop showing signs of infection ; the date and times are incorrect and secondly can't run the antivirus software wont run so is the malware wont update- message "can't access server".

Please help geeks
