Hello geeks my girls forget the password of her phone Lg Stylo 2 Model#LGMS550 and I try to access the recovery to unlock it without losing the data
I try the volume down+ power but nothing it powers on I know how to factory reset but It will erase everything..

Unfortunately, the only way to get back into the phone is to do a Factory Restore.

I had the same problem. Tried to unblock without losing data, nothing happened
