Here it is.

You have uploaded shortcuts to the dmp files and not the dmps themselves.

While waiting on your reply I went to Device Manager to see if my display driver was up to date.  Under Network Adapters it has a yellow icon which tells me there is an issue.  It is "Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface".  When clicking on said NWA it says "This device cannot start" (Code 10).

Not heard back from you abrahams child, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.

I ended up running a tweaking tool program and haven't had another BOD so let's consider this issue resolved.  Thank you for all your help.

That is odd as your last reply was on April 25th 2017 and the latest crash dmp shows that the computer crashed on April 24th 2017  :headscratch:

I mentioned this back in my reply #6 along with certain other drivers that failed to load, some of the very same drivers are still failing to load and you still have Norton on your computer meaning that you did not uninstall it as was suggested in my reply #4.

We cannot safely help you if you do not follow the suggested steps abrahams child, before I suggest anything else let us know if you wish to continue here, I don`t want to risk getting the blame should you do something not suggested here that ends up hosing your computer.

Yes I do want to continue.  We are using Norton Security Suite.  It has AV and Firewall.  Will the removal kit remove all Norton on this computer?  Do I use MS firewall provided with Win 7?  I have downloaded MSE but haven't installed yet.  We are running two computers using the same Anti-virus and why is the other computer not having the same issues?  Will I be protected like I thought I was using Norton?

The Norton removal tool will remove all Symantec products from your computer.

If your AV protection is a paid for product, please make a note of the product key number and then for testing purposes uninstall it using the removal tool here and then download a good free AV protection to see if the problem is solved;

Avast! free from the Authors site option here or MSE from here

I have downloaded MSE but haven't installed yet.

Good, in case you are not already aware, Norton must be completely removed before installing MSE and yes Windows Firewall should be run alongside MSE.

We are running two computers using the same Anti-virus and why is the other computer not having the same issues?

As explained back in my reply #9 problems caused by drivers can happen anytime but most often it is after something has been updated (Windows or your AV as just two examples) the same updates will not have been installed on both computers unless they are identical in every way, same computer and same programs/games etc installed, you have not installed any new hardware so that is ruled out as well btw.

MSE will offer you the same protection as Norton but with the addition that it is less problematic than Norton can sometimes be.

We have removed Norton and installed MSE.  Windows firewall is up and running.  What do I need to do from here?

We have removed Norton and installed MSE.

Did you use the Norton removal tool as was suggested as you still have traces of Norton on the computer;

\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\N360x64\1609030.00D\SYMEFASI64.SYS

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Internet Explorer and Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter are shown to be causing you problems, for now, one suggestion, one thing you can do for us and some info on the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface for you to read here and here

Download Google and make it your default browser to see if you still get the same issue.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here,  this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

You are welcome btw  :)
