Hey,
I just dropped my Seagate external hard drive & of course now, it is not being recognized by my computer. I am on a Mac. Any ideas?

Are you able to get the hard drive out of the casing? If the hard drive itself is not damaged you could purchase a new enclosure/case for it. Worked for me.
Stay tuned. Other dedicated members may have some ideas as well.

Hey Donna,
I took the hard drive out of it's casing & have tried it like that. No luck though:(
