We had a hurricane here a few weeks ago. Since then I can't get online, I've been told that it's back but it tells me I have no opportunity. What can I do? I need to pay bills?

redsox,

This isn't a malware issue. Did you get back online? I'm guessing you're in Florida, and things were knocked out for a while. I'm still on limited cable through Xfinity. I would suggest contacting your ISP first. What do you mean by no opportunity? There should be no need to pay bills; if you were with Xfinity, they credited people for their service during the impacted period.
