Every since trying to download a game from site I had never used before my laptop crashed and now I can't even connect to my wireless internet

ohh, I can't even what exactly the issue causes as it not clear from your post. And moreover its been 2 year old.

May I ask then why you have replied to a two year old thread that makes no sense.

 

Thank you for your willingness to help but if you are genuinely able to help please do so by only offering assistance to members who have current non malware related threads, I am sure that such folk will appreciate any assistance that you may be able to offer as opposed to someone that will never get back to you.

Sad fact is that we get so many abandoned threads, spammers and people posting useless information that we have to try and make sure that helpers time is not wasted else they may get disillusioned and not bother helping out anymore, GTG values its members and do their best to look after them whenever possible.
