For further help you will need to provide full details.... you have really provided very little information for our members to understand the issues you are having, what you have tried so far, the software you are using your operating system and service pack/version number etc etc

- file type is unrecognizable.
- pdfs were created with non-Adobe programs.

I cannot vouch for the above linked program, but please keep in mind that downloading programs off the Internet willy-nilly on the suggestion of a forum member is not typically the best of ideas without a bit of research first.
