I just want to do some survey on how many hours per day do you spend in front of your PC or laptop. And what things do you do while you are on break?

Because I work online, I usually spend a minimum of 10 hours a day in front of my PC. during breaks, I take a bath, eat, do some errands.

When i was much younger, i was so obssesed with the internet, i would literally sleep, eat and get online...5-7 hours per day. But now, i limit to 3 -4 hours. I sometimes get up and do some exercises, thus avoiding becoming sedentary

Well for me, I am now beginning to look into mental health online chat and helping people with emotional concerns. Mostly, it will take 4 hours of my day and another 4 to 6 hours at night where there are more people going online for chat.

I realized that spending more time in front of the pc also makes me feel tired. I also miss the outside world.

Because of the work I have to spend about nine hours at the computer

7-8 hours, which includes studying. 

while on break, I go to YouTube, look at self-improvement videos, social media, games etc. Sometimes do some exercise if I manage to put my laptop to one side.

I spend around 7 to 8 hours a day for 5 days in front of the computer. I do mandatory breaks to relax my eyes like going out for a snack or running short errands
