Virus Help! (windows process manager 32 bit virus)

Accidentally clicked on wrong file, ended up with a virus. I was able to track it down to its file but i dont have any access to it and im admin. it runs my cpu like crazy.

Ive posted my task manager as well as the file location.

 

Please help :(
