Hi it seems my neighbors have this program on there computer or phone and some how they are able to talk to me without contact or talking in general. It sounds like im hearing voices but im not they have some sort of program and have been talking to me inside my head non stop. I was wounder if anyone knows what this program is called??? I have asked them several times what its called and they said they wont tell me.
