I am trying to remove a very bad adware on my computer named Spy Hunter 4, which is very hard to uninstall. But when I tried to use the Geeks to Go Malware removal tool I get this message:
"An internal error occurred", what does this mean, and how can I fix this problem? Also along with this message "An internal error occurred" it said to contact "Administrator", I tried to contact administrator but couldn't. How do I contact the administrator? Also never, never download Spy Hunter!
