Having trouble with my asus laptop and Windows 7

So I hard reset my Asus laptop k52f and do not know what to do next to somebody please help me I do not have a Windows 7 setup disk and do not have access to it please someone help

Were you currently running Windows 7. Please provide the make and model of your computer. Please let me know more details on what you mean by hard reset. Do you have access to another computer if needed for downloading programs, etc?
