I got this error message, shown in the screencap. Should I be worried? What does it mean? Also Skype won't launch.

Hi,
That error happens during boot or when you do a specific action?

When I first powered up when my programs where starting. I could not get Skype to log in and had to reinstall it.

Yes I have not got the error again and Skype launches. Think it might have been Skype?
