Clicking on a menu item in the menu bar(at the screen's bottom) the page opens but when I move the cursor to the page the page disappears.



The only way I can get the cursor to the open page and keep it there is to left click the menu item in the bar and keep the left mouse button down and move the cursor to the page and can then release the mouse button.



Then if this works and I move the cursor away from that page (accidently or whatever) , over any edge of the page , the page disappears.



Any ideas how to fix this please? Many restarts and updates does not cure this.

Unfortunately that link doesn't address my glitch and I'm still suffering it!  It's a real oddity.

 

I've done a troubleshooting on the mouse without a result.
