I am wondering if there is a way to burn music onto a cd from an iPad Pro? If so what would I need to buy? Names brands etc?

There is no Apple iOS device that supports a CD/DVD player. However, you could purchase a MacBook or another of Apple's laptop options and plug in an external CD/DVD player. That setup has worked quite well for my uses.
