Hey guys, I would really appreciate any kind of help/suggestion that you could offer me for my problem.

I have lost my phone and with it all my social life! At the time I wasnt aware that my ex has hijacked my passwords and when my phone was gone and Ive tried to make an access to my accounts it is just the never ending circle.
I cannot access my Gmail automatically not my Facebook, my contacts nothing. The recovery accounts have been changed also the phone number.

Any suggestion how to access them or permanently delete them?

Thank you in advance

It smells like your ex did all this.

You can only left it behind if recovery emails have been lost as well.
