Pls advise if Microsoft notifies clients of password change.  I received the following regarding password change ut i don't recollect changing my Google Mail Password.  Could this be a scam?

I don't recall any notifications on my accounts for password changes. I do know I would get them when I log in on another device that they don't recognize.
