My labtop works with my tv for youtube, netflix & (showbox on my tablet)
I have Showbox installed on my pc works on the computer(with Bluestack and Allcast)
But "Allcast" does not recognize my tv as a device... yet my phone does, my tablet does, and like I said I can cast Netflix and Youtube on my Tv via the PC
I have Chromecast and Sony Bravia Smart Tv
I would appreciate any input

Its very important to read the manual of your smart tv because i am sure that your tv have a built-in app to receive the content from your laptop, there are many ways to do that either wireless connection or through cables, its just a matter of troubleshooting.
