Did you perform a new clean install using the latest Windows version or how did you reinstall Windows?

Please let me know which of the following install options you used when you say I reinstalled Windows: Also do you have a current backup of all your important files, ect if we need to perform a clean install?

1. Did you perform a clean install which means deleting all existing partitions and then starting with a completely new fresh install of Windows?

2. Install by booting with Windows media without deleting any partitions

3. Use the refresh option

4. Run Windows setup from within Windows which is considered a Repair Install

If I understand correctly, Windows 10 installs correctly and works until you run the latest updates and then it fails again? Did you disable the driver updates again as shown in Post #18 after reinstalling Windows?
