How do I get rid of the Beap.gemini.yahoo. It is causing havoc in my email. I have tried melware tools, mgtools, adware, and many other anti mal ware tools with no help. any ideas. Tried to download spy hunter, would not down load. I am at  a loss. Any help is appreciated.

Hi this is often adware, so to receive help on it's removal you will need to open a new topic over in the Virus and Spyware Removal forum. Here's the link:

You will need to post the logs (only in the above linked form, not here please) that are requested in that article so that the malware removal specialsit can see what has been going on inside your machine and advise you of the necessary removal steps.

 

Please only make the one post do not follow up with subsequent posts until you have received a reply as the malware removal specialist, often look first for topics with zero responses... if you post a follow up or additional post they may think you are already receiving assistance and overlook your topic.

 

Once your machine has been cleaned (the malware specialist will advise you when that is apparent) feel free to post back in this topic here, if you need any other non malware related advice.
