Can't view the PDF document as it is protected by a password I was not aware of. It has been sitting download my computer for 2 years and have no clue what is the password is.

 

Possible to remove the password?

Although direct help with password protected PDF file is not allowed, you can help yourself by searching online. Lots of help and methods available. Possibly the Adobe forums.

I guess there is no solution on this site,but it may help if other users have experienced similar problems before.

We are not allowed to provide a direct solution to you on this site as stated many times. Did you not look online for solutions by using such keywords as "how to remove pdf password" or videos to remove pdf passwords?

Open your protected PDF file in chrome and press ctrl+p and select print as pdf.

Now save PDF file without the password and you will be able to unlock it.
