
Installed new hard drive and wireless printer won’t print. The driver

If it's a new hard drive you have installed for your operating system, you will need to install Windows on it, then install drivers for chipset, network interface cards, video/audio etc., and then install all the many Windows updates.
Once all this has been done and its all fully updated with Anti virus/firewall and your usual applications installed, tested and operational you can then move on to installing your printer/drivers, and finally connect up your printer and try a test print.
