Hello,
my roughly 5 year old computer screen NEC MultiSync E223W is displaying streaks and funny colours, but nothing really to see anymore.
Maybe it is time for the junkyard, but if there is a relatively easy way to check that, then I would appreciate guidance to find out.

Have you confirmed that it is the screen itself by either hooking up an alternative screen to the computer or alternatively by connecting the NEC screen to another computer etc.
