Hi, I would like some opinion if it was worth upgrading my AMD AMD athelon 64X2 4400+ CPU to something faster (e.g. from 2ghz to 3 or 3.2ghz)?

I have a ASUSTk NARRA3 M2N68 board. I am also planning to change my HDD due to a SMART disc error to a western digital black label 1TB 7200rpm;

and upgrade the RAM from 4GB to 6GB. I appreciate there is some debate about whether the extra RAM will work on my ASUS board.

Thanks.
