Hi

Smartphone recognizes laptop but laptop does not recognize smartphone.  Only one way transfer of files possible.  Smartphone has Bluetooth icon greyed out.

 

I'm running Win 10.

Thanks for any advice.

How can pairing be done if the device doesn't show up on searching?
