I have a Canon MP970 printer, it has always worked fine with all kinds of documents. Suddenly it will not print Word or Excel documents. It prints PDFs just fine, as it always has. But with documents from Office, the paper feeds through, the print head moves back and forth just like it has always. It sounds like it is printing. But what comes out is a blank page. Any help?
