The Malwarebytes research team has determined that Gramblr is an adware bundler. These bundlers typically install potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) or adware on top of the desired software.

How did Gramblr get on my computer?

Bundlers use different methods for distributing themselves. This particular one was offered as an Instagram uploader.

How do I remove Gramblr?

Our program Malwarebytes can detect and remove this bundler. For a more complete removal of Gramblr use the uninstall from Programs and Features, then follow the instructions below to remove any (potentially) unwanted bundleware.

• Please download Malwarebytes to your desktop.
• Double-click mb3-setup-consumer-{version}.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• Then click Finish.
