I have a working wifi connection. Whenever I try to share this wifi via hotspot to my iPhone, although my phone connects to the hotspot, but it doesn't work. I can not open anything. I tried forgetting the wifi on my pc and then reconnecting, but it did not solve the problem. I also tried to restart my pc but it went in vain. Kindly help me with the problem. Oh also, my pc is updated.

Hello abjodas,
Restart the iPhone. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. On the iPhone.
Try this below:
go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

It works for other hotspots, so i am pretty sure the problem is with the laptop
