Found this app on my phone. What is it and why won't it go away?

I've tried looking it up searching on a few different browsers and also the Google play store. It shows two related apps. 1. Twitter 2.Youtube

I have a YouTube account, but don't have the Twitter account. Nothing comes up in searches for those. I've only found a webpage that says it has em2location for download, but i haven't attempted to open the page.
Does it really matter if the app is already on my phone?
