Not sure what you are asking wininet.dll is a module that contains Internet-related functions used by Windows applications.

This process is considered safe. The wininet.dll file should be located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. Otherwise it could be a Trojan.

I have no idea why game will block wininet.dll file it belongs to Windows 10 operating system.

Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute Sfc  / Scannow command to repair any corrupted system files.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
