I have a Lenovo laptop with Easycamera webcam which was working absolutely fine with Zoom on Windows 10.
Couple of weeks ago I had a new SSD installed, with the latest version of Windows 10 reinstalled (version 2004), and all drivers appear up to date.
The webcam works fine when I click on the Camera app, but does not work in Zoom or Skype.
The tiny light by the lens comes on to show the camera is active, but there is no picture.
I have checked drivers, latest version of Zoom is installed, privacy settings are off, Lenovo Vantage installed, troubleshooting followed from Zoom website, but still nothing. Have contacted Zoom support but due to Covid-19 they are not currently responding.
I feel it is a software issue as I can prove the camera works, but I have run out of ideas.
I hope someone can shed some light on this.
