I need help finding an Uninstaller

I want to uninstall a program from a drive other than C.... and it seems no Uninstaller I can find will read other drives. Does anyone know of a Uninstaller that will read other drives?

Have you tried revo uninstaller? All of my programs are installed on C drive and that is generally where any program goes.
