One of the negative effects of living in today’s high-paced world is an elevated level of anxiety. With the pressures brought about by work, studies, or even home, most people always live in constant worry. How do you guys taking anxiety at ease?

That's me in an constant state of worry, i actually think i may have an anxiety  disorder and experiencing mild panic attacks . I am currently seeking ways to help with it.

A good psychologist will help you overcome panic attacks, and yoga and meditation will help you to put your thoughts in order.
