Recently w stoped working on my Acer notebook and i wanted to use external one, but i tried 2 and both sére nót connecting but when i connected mouse ako was working.So i googled some help and i ended up updating afterwards deleting all keyboards from there bcs i read that than i just reštart notebook and the keyboards will be back.well now my keyboard is not working at ako and i cant even reset Windows for some unknown reason.

That can happen when Windows does not have any generic drivers for a device or if the drivers are installed as part of a package.
Can you post the model name or number of the notebook so we can check the specs and look for any drivers.
You should also try the below;
See if you are able to force the computer to start in the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) by starting up and shutting down the computer two or three times using the case power button, please note that you need to shut down the computer after the MBs splash screen and just before Windows attempts to load, if successful you should then continue to the Troubleshooting options and then hopefully be able to use Reset this PC, a system restore point or Safe Mode etc.
